WARRANTIES THAT STAND THE TEST OF TIME

3-Year Limited Warranty – GreenEdge biocomposite panel
Idéal Cargo Inc. offers a 3-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects related to the delamination of the trailer’s interior and exterior walls (GreenEdge bio-composite panels). The warranty also covers premature discoloration of the panels.
Exclusions: Any misuse, or the occurrence of unnatural situations (e.g., accident, impact, wear caused by rock or sand, or modifications to the trailer) resulting in premature and abnormal wear.
5-year limited warranty – Water infiltration
Idéal Cargo Inc. offers a 5-year limited warranty, to the original purchaser only, against roof water infiltration, on all its models. This warranty covers materials and labour.
Exclusions: Any misuse, or the occurrence of unnatural situations (e.g., accident, collision, impact, or modifications to the trailer) resulting in pre-mature and abnormal wear.
10-year limited warranty – Structural failure
Idéal Cargo offers a 10-year limited warranty on structural failures on all models with a GVWR of 4,500 kg or less (or TA3 axles and under). Idéal Cargo offers a 5-year warranty on its models with a GVWR of more than 4,500 kg (or TA4 axles and above). This warranty covers materials and labour.
Exclusions : toutes utilisations abusives ou incidence de situations non naturelles (ex. : accident, accrochage, choc, modification de la remorque) provoquant une usure anormale et prématurée.
LIFETIME limited warranty – Corrosion of the structure
Idéal Cargo Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty, to the original purchaser only, against structural corrosion resulting from perforation and degradation from inside the galvanic coating. The warranty covers materials and labour.
Exclusions : Toutes utilisations abusives, par l’avènement de situations non naturelles ou par le manque ou le non-respect des points d’entretien de votre remorque provoquant une usure anormale prématurée (Ex : accident, accrochage, choc, modification de la remorque, changement d’essieux, accumulation de neige sur le toit).
